I was supposed to be at the hotel, but I was left in the middle of the street at 2 PM in 37-degree heat, a 15-minute walk with two very heavy backpacks. All this, without explanation or response. When I asked, the taxi driver laughed and unloaded my backpacks from the car. Absurd. I found him very rude. I had paid for that service; he wasn't doing me a favor. Terrible.
