Ayman CThe hotel drop off wasn't presented as an option on the booking and the staff refused to adjust airport dropoff with hotel near the airport. Overall it's mass transit experience with hundreds of passengers that it is impossible to provide good service. But it worked in the end with a bit of a headache

The way Lomprayah organizes the luggage is really chaotic and even dangerous.
During the trip, a huge pile of cases fell over and almost hit a little girl. The mother pulled her away last second.
At arrival everyone rushed at front to dig out his/her Bagpacks/suitcase. All people gathered in front and there was no forth and back. Lomprayah should overthink the way the manage the luggage.m
Furthermore the ac was pouring water through the roof. Literally pouring, not dripping.
