Israel AOverall, the ferry experience in Boonsiri was very good. The ferry itself was comfortable, clean, and well organized, and the journey was smooth and pleasant with beautiful views along the way. The onboard staff were professional and friendly, and the trip felt safe and well managed.
However, the check-in experience was less positive — the clerks were not very patient, and the waiting time was much longer than expected. With some improvement in this area, the overall experience could be excellent.
