Yoella TThe sight requires additional payments as a default option. It shouldn’t be the default option when I was on the boat only by chance I noticed there’s a VIP place which is much more comfortable to sit in that if I wouldn’t have seen it, I wouldn’t know about it the experience of the pier itself wasn’t good. There was heavy rain. We had to walk with all the suitcases from the ticket place to the Pierre with no option for shuttle or any ride at all. It’s a few minutes walk within the rain with all the suitcases. We got there all soft wet, and it wasn’t nice at all. You get to the place no signs and no one to guide the tourist what we need to do that I don’t know if there’s any other option to get one place to another good things I I want to mention is that in the VIP place at the boat it’s a very comfortable and nice. And it was for free.

Beatriz OThe trip was on time, but we felt that it is quite annoying the fact that you have to arrive one hour before to the Office to do the check-in, and then go to the pier.
The luggage on the boat it is not safe because they don't put any security measures. Besides, there are too many passengers on the boat, it's too crowdy.

Bryan The boat was full, but it was a very nice trip. the sea was rough, but when you sit inside, it is very bearable. We booked the ferry from Koh phangan to Koh tao. Don’t book the speedboat!!!!!
