Good ferry trip to Koh Tao, it was extremely busy and quite chaotic at times getting on the boat to find a seat. Some young lads taking up 3 seats each to go to sleep, leaving others struggling for seats. I thought staff would have said something to them about taking up 3 seats per person but they didn’t.

It is not like in the pictures. The charging outlets didn't work. I was next to the stairs that go to the driver, and the beeping of the speed alarm was so annoying Also the sit I was 1 -D it was hurting my left leg. Overall, not a VIP service
