The two gentlemen who took our bags had a faulty weigh scale and it weighed our bags 3kg more than they were. I took out my scale and showed them and they quickly put my bags on the bus but they were telling me to pay for over weight bags. I don’t like the dishonesty that I saw and they were harassing other customers for money as well.

I traveled from north Pattaya bus terminal to Airport Suvarnabhumi in August 2025. For better price buy your ticket on the bus station. Price 133 Thb. With the web site 12GO I paid 213 Thb, because i have no choice to avoid to buy insurance covid (!?) 90 Thb . So I paid 133 +90 Thb. For save time better buy your ticket in the bus terminal, because even with your voucher on line you have to get your ticket from the counter in the bus terminal, and waste time.
