The bus was comfortable and clean. We boarded a little bit late but the trip onwards was so smooth. The station where we waited was also comfortable and systematic so it was not hard to follow especially for foreigners.

They made me and my friend pay extra fees for overweight luggage. I insisted to check the weight again, and end up mine was not over weight. My friend's luggage was slightly overweight when they measure, so my friend have to pay although we told them that we have weighted it at the hotel and was not overweight. and when we arrive at the airport, it was not overweight. Feels like they are scamming us in this.

Its very really but even though i had sweatshirt it was freezing cold ! I have never ever been to any cold coach like that in my life . I really enjoyed my trip . Thank you thai people , love you all.

The seats are too closes together. I had to turn around sideways because the seat in front of me reclined back and my knees hurt

The bus system is excellent and inexpensive to navigate in certain regions of this wonderful country...the bus attendants and drivers can be a bit curt with passengers but the interactions are brief. They are burned out and it is a stressful job driving in Thailand traffic and dealing with foreigners so I don't fault them entirely...a great affordable travel option in Thailand...

Only one point .. we had two luggage’s , one was 21 kg. And second one was 15 kg The office girls asked me to pay extra weight 20. Hat , I just. Moved from one to next so that both are under 20kg , please inform them to be logical and like a machine applying rules , tourist will think that they are unreasonable
