Paweł DI received the voucher with the tickets only 14 hours after the purchase, not after 2 hours, as I should have according to the information provided by 12GoAsia after the purchase. In order to receive the voucher, I had to intervene myself several times via the complaint form. I was afraid that I would not be able to travel the next day and that I would also miss the flight for which I had purchased tickets.
I was supposed to be at the departure point 30 minutes before the bus departure time. Despite arriving on time, the bus did not arrive. I waited 50 minutes; eventually, someone called the transport company’s hotline and a vehicle was sent for us. After that, the driver continued to pick up additional passengers to fill all the empty seats, which further delayed our departure. The driver was not very polite, and when we pointed out the delay to him, he played music in the bus at maximum volume for several minutes.

Oscar JI think it was an average ride for what you would expect going between El Nido and Puerto Princesa. Uncomfortable seats, shaking most the ride from bad roads and Filipino driving, and random stops to pick up and drop off random locals along the way. It had good air conditioning.

Leanne JBus is clean and relaxing but it doesn't drop you to Puerto Princesa. It drops you to Irawan so you still have to pay to get a tuk tuk to Puerto Princesa

Isabella The van arrived 45 minutes late and when it turned up it was a taxi. Looked like it was some kind of last minute vehicle / driver change. The driver was exhausted and told us he had been driving since 2am, bare in mind he was about to start a 5 hour drive starting at 11am. His eyes kept closing and we felt very unsafe.
