Vivien LEverything was perfect. Everything was on time and the driver was really nice. He even dropped us off at our hotel even though he didn’t had to cause it was originally a service to the airport, but cause it was so late he drove us to the hotel.

There was not so much room inside the van.

Mavis ERough drive! But im not sure I can blame the drivers as the roads are genuinely unkept and not maintained so that’s not the drivers fault. There are some areas where the driver could’ve exercised more care when driving, but overall it was decent. However, AC does not reach the back of the van so be aware if you choose to sit at the back!

Gabor BThe minibus was okay, cold and fast. The driver was good. Sadly it left 30min late and was late to the airport as well.
I find it very unfair that there were 2 rows of 3 seats and one row of 4 at the back. Obviously the row of 4 was crammed yet tickets cost the same. I'm 6ft2"(187cm) so for me it was a bit hellish as couldn't even lean back as my shoulders didn't fit between the other passengers.if you can avoid the back row.

Minouschka This was a good organized organization. I checked in and went to get some food. They called me to inform me to come back because we departed earlier. I also had a request to sit in the front from not feeling well in the back while driving fast and these curves, they arranged that for me. It was a smooth and actually fast and very comfortable ride. These minivans are more comfortable and spacious then other vans I went. This organization is definitely recommendable!

Lorraine GIt is weird because we thought it is a point to point (El Nido to Puerto Princesa) van but the driver will randomly pick up people along the way. Also made random jokes that he thinks funny but really offensive. The driver also drove like a maniac.

Paweł DI received the voucher with the tickets only 14 hours after the purchase, not after 2 hours, as I should have according to the information provided by 12GoAsia after the purchase. In order to receive the voucher, I had to intervene myself several times via the complaint form. I was afraid that I would not be able to travel the next day and that I would also miss the flight for which I had purchased tickets.
I was supposed to be at the departure point 30 minutes before the bus departure time. Despite arriving on time, the bus did not arrive. I waited 50 minutes; eventually, someone called the transport company’s hotline and a vehicle was sent for us. After that, the driver continued to pick up additional passengers to fill all the empty seats, which further delayed our departure. The driver was not very polite, and when we pointed out the delay to him, he played music in the bus at maximum volume for several minutes.
