I would like to suggest the following improvements to help enhance passenger experience:
Clear Check-In Instructions: Please include detailed check-in procedures on the booking confirmation or voucher. This will help guide passengers on where to go and what to do upon arrival.
Improved Passenger Guidance: Security personnel at the entrance gate should actively assist and direct passengers. It would also be beneficial if ground staff wore proper uniforms and provided courteous and professional customer service.
Proper Signages: Installing visible and sequential signage (e.g., Step 1, Step 2, etc.) would help ensure a smoother and more organized process for all passengers.
During our visit, despite having an online confirmed booking, we were redirected to the Evaristo Office located in a separate building. This was inconvenient, especially for those with multiple pieces of luggage. A centralized check-in or one-stop shop would greatly improve the flow and reduce confusion.
Additionally:
Covered Walkways: There were no proper covered walkways from the entrance gate to the passenger terminal and ferry. This is a concern during inclement weather and should be addressed for passenger comfort and safety.
Organized Boarding: Boarding was disorganized, with no queue system in place. Passengers needing extra care—such as pregnant women, children, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities—were not given priority. This should be improved to ensure inclusivity and safety.
Condition of the Ferry: The ferry used was outdated and less maintained, with visible insects inside the cabin. Some chairs were not in good condition. Upgrading the units would enhance the experience and attract more local and international tourists to the island.
We hope these points will be taken into consideration to improve future passenger experiences.

Dyan PIt would be better if seats are already provided upon purchasing of the tickets and just have it validated ~30 mins prior to the departure.
