The trip was very comfortable and the staff helpful. My wife did find the ladies toilets to be messy and no toilet paper. The checkin process and directions were a little difficult to follow but overall it was a good experience and would use it again

It was good but it was not 3h30 min, it took 5h30 which is more than ok but a 2h gap compared to the ticket.

Straight forward from booking online to disembarking. We went business class though and were frozen by the air con for the entire journey, so although the seats maybe slightly more comfortable I wouldn’t book these ones again

My husband and I feel safe on this ferry. All the staff are after safety measures which that is the most important. Salute to all my kababayan for being outstanding service. I will definitely recommend to my family this ferry. Once again thank you!
