I never received my tickets till 9 .30 on the Sunday night, i had already booked with another company, as I had made hotel reservations, and had to give notice at the hotel I was staying at.would not use u again.

The driver was nice You should put a sign at the spot where the bus leaves from, I had to ask around to know where to go. It will help tourists alot. And when the bus do a toilet stop on the way- the driver should tell what time the bus will leave again, so I know how much time I have to buy food/ drink/ smoke

It was great that it was possible to get a ride earlier, 12:30h, but the Driver rides very aggressive it was not possible just to sit without using the handles. The hardest ride in three years of traveling in Thailand.AC didn't work. The bus point is not correct in Google Maps.

First time in Thailand the departure is chaotic like that..there was not enough seats for my friends and I to be together in the same van.. driver was driving very fast but overall it was cheap and I get to Pai easily.

Normally, the driver makes a stop in the middle of the trip (toilet, eating or drinking). This time, the driver didn’t stop at the usual place. I had to press him to stop because I needed to go to the toilette. He finally stopped in the middle of nowhere and he urged me to be quick. I feel that he was engaged in a race with another minibus of the same company which left Chiang Mai at 17h30 as well. Finally, we arrived in Pai 1h20 in advanced. This kind of crazy driver should be sacked.
