We were at the pick up Point at 2300hrs as it is our first time taking the bus to Singapore from KL the bus did NOT arrive at 2330 hrs we waited and called the hot line and they asked us to SMS /message then instead though NO replies came at about 1215 saw a lady walking around enquiring and that is the only help we received … Poor communications as NO email or SMS message sent to us of the Delay was very frustrating as when another call made to hotline the person heard our concerns and dropped the line with NO message etc., Rude and unprofessional service

Horrible trip, left at half 12 am and didn’t arrive till nearly 11, bus had no toilet and didn’t stop for at least 5 hours and people needed to go,

There were no lights on in the bus. Even the personal lamps above the seats could not be used. Perhaps people would like to sleep after 10:30 p.m. However, most people are not ready to do so at 7:30. We ended up reading books by the light of our mobile phones.

They do no respect the time that you booked. They make overbooking and put you in other bus although you are there on time and see your bus depart full. We waited 1 hour and a half for other bus. It is not that cheap. It takes 7 hours or more, even if there is big traffic or road works you will be all day in the road. Better go in plane more comfortably and avoid these cheap "old luxury" buses. We took 8 hours. You cannot go to the bathroom or you cannot eat in the bus. I suppose they pay for good reviews. Us and other tourists were not happy.

It was delayed for 2 hours. ETA was 6pm. We arrived around 8pm! The driver and its companion pretends they dont know how to speak english so they dont have to explain. They even stop on local market to buy their personal food leaving us 15 minutes waiting for them. Also they should have filled up the tank of the bus before travelling, not wasting another 15 mins in the gas station. Very disappointed. Do not ride this bus company!

Driver from KL to Johor rude and not communicative. Zero information about stops, bus change or timtable. Drivers after change much more nice. Anyway the trip took more than 2 hrs. more then in plan

The whole journey was very well planned, we had to use 2 different buses because of immigration and that worked out perfectly. “Service” sadly wasn’t the best because the first bus driver accidentally locked me in the bus (which can happen, I’m not offended by that). My friend was outside and told the bus driver I was locked. The driver became really angry because he wanted to eat his food first (?!!). After a second attempt and a lot of shouting at my friend and me afterwards he let me out of the bus. Sorry but this is bare minimum and his job. Second driver was nice though ;)
