Horrible timing, my bus from Kuala Lumpur was supposed to arrive in Singapore at 5:23pm, and i had a flight at 10:30 which would have given me 5 hours of spare time. The bus ended up arriving at the border at 9:30pm, which was not even the final destination!! If I had not exited the bus and paid for a taxi at the border to sprint to the airport i would have missed my flight. I cant understand how you miscalculate the arrival time by 5 hours. The bus was comfortable and spacious, but the operator was completely useless and would not explain to us the steps at the border and of course the horrible time calculation. I dont recommend this company unless you want to waste your day travelling.

It was over one hour delayed at the beginning and then 3,5 Hours more delayed on the way. No Traffic Jam but we just stopped a few times for no obvious reason and then we had to Change the Bus as well without Information in advance.

Punctual at arrival. We only had 1 hour delay of the scheduled time to arrive to Singapore. I do not give it 5 stars because I was not able to check in online like the ticket said and we were not specified how much time we had during the stop on the road.

The driver was a little late for the start of the trip. It didn’t help that there was no booth for the bus line in Berjaya. When other passengers reached out to the hotline, it wasn’t helpful.
