What a nightmare Trip on Fucking Qistna Express on the day midnight of 29 th. Dec. 2025. I am going to leave a "Negative Feedback" on my trip from Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur to Boon Lay, Singapore at 2345 hrs. 29th. Dec. 2025. I had been waiting at the location since 2330 hrs. Unfortunately Bus didn't reach on time. By the time should be boarding at 2345 hrs. It is really disappointing wasted my time waiting for Bus, until after 40 mins. I decided to pay one more ticket for Statmart Express and boarding on site around 0010 hrs. , although I had purchased fucking Qistna Express before. I won't use FUCKING Qistna Express bus service anymore. Never ever. And there is no way to asked for refund of my ticket. Wasted My money and My time.

The driver was a little late for the start of the trip. It didn’t help that there was no booth for the bus line in Berjaya. When other passengers reached out to the hotline, it wasn’t helpful.

Dear , your driver left all of us - 9 people at check point of singapore. They didnt wait and we end up paying 15 dollar per person to another bus company to drop us in the city. So total its 135 dollar Singapore we paid to another extra.

The transfer is highly recommended. The journey went smoothly, the driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable, and we arrived on time. Only the check-in at the kiosk didn't go quite as smoothly. I arrived early and didn't receive another ticket with the bus number.

The estimated times are terrible. The bus had as good a run as can be little traffic, not too long at the border control, left on time, yet was still 3 hours after the expected time. Just please be realistic. Bus was comfortable and the driver was pleasant.
