We had an EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE with Billion Stars Express. First of all, the departure was planned at 02:30 am, it was delayed by one hour and we waited for the bus until 04:30 am. The bus took approximately +7 hours to reach Singapore instead of 5.5 hours as initially scheduled. When we reached Singapore, we took ~10 minutes at customs, AND THE BUS BILLION STARS EXPRESS LEFT US!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The bus was +2h late The staff were just 2 savage The reserved seat were already allocated The drivers made unnecessary LONG stops to buy things for themselves but didn't allow to go to toilet because it will take time The bus left us at the customs of Singapore (it didn't wait for us) we had to pay for another bus!! No communication from the customer service, contacted them multiple times they just ignored you! Worse bus line on earth!

Reservation and physical tickets were a little confusing. Bus pick up point is not clear if you dont know the area. Suggest a sketch to locate the ticket exchange booth.

the bus arrived a little late around 10:38 am but it’s okay. it was nice because we were the only passengers that day to singapore. overall, great trip!

The driver was rude and did not give any instructions where to.meet after immihration for both malaysia and singapore. We scoured the whole bus parrking lot for the correct bus. There were 2 platforms and did not even tell us that he will be in platform A.

The only advantage was the low price. There was no communication, neither regarding breaks nor border crossings. The staff were rude both at check-in and on the bus. Everything had to be asked for, and even then, the answers were unfriendly. But as I mentioned before it was cheap

The bus is very comfortable, driver drove safely, border control was communicated well. (We arrived around 2h late because of traffic, which is obviously not the companies fault, but a thing you should keep in mind when traveling by bus)
