The border shut between Thailand and Cambodia so our route wasn’t even possible to take but they couldn’t offer us a refund we have to use on a different route in Cambodia but we weren’t going there due to the closure and missing it completely on our travels.

Very comfortable and efficient service. I, personally, was guided through the visa process (Not a tourist visa) by the wonderful young lady in the crew. I would definitely recommend Giant Ibis and will certainly be using them again. Thank you.

Would have been 5 if not for changing our original booked schedule of 7:45am and for the poor airconditioning inside the bus. I booked the earlier departure to have more time to explore Siem Reap since our stay was only for 2 nights. For this trip, though, the change in schedule did not affect our plans so much. The airconditioning of this particular bus was also not good, it was very warm during the whole trip, especially during lunch time when we arrived at the border and all the way into Siem Reap. Staff said they could not make it any colder as it seems that water will start dripping in some vents. I would suggest they fix this problem as both Thailand and especially Cambodia are very humid. I do have to say that their on-board service is exceptional. And the bus seats were comfortable, very spacious legroom, perfect for long travel. Staff was very attentive and the provided border assistance was very helpful. Staff made sure to check all passengers' visa and other requirements to ensure quick and hassle-free exit/entry.
