Very little air on and cramped. Every seat filled and everyone has huge luggage. At the front the trip was fine but at the back every bump made you actually fly off your seat
Der Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind zwar eine halbe Stunde später am Ziel gewesen, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Man sollte aber bedenken, dass man nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern an Lompraya Office oder am Flughafen rausgelassen wird.
Smooth journey from start to finish. Everything on time, bus crew were super organised too which was great. Gone are the days where you used to wait around for hours without any communication! Excellent
The driver from Surat Thani to Phuket airport got angry at a girl for wanting to check that her bag was in the car. He yelled at her and kept bringing it up as he was driving.
He was driving at 130km per hour and on his phone.
He also got angry when one passenger asked if he could go to the toilet.
There was also an incident with a passenger lighting a cigarette at a petrol station. The passenger definitely did the wrong thing but again the driver became abusive by yelling at him. It was definitely a language barrier problem but the driver could get assistance with staying calm. His behaviour was not appropriate.

Everything was o.k.
It would be very helpful if the Van driver have their own navigation like e.g. google maps to find the hotels.
