Bei theoretischen 3 h Fahrzeit - 3 Stunden Verspätung! Der Bus hat mehrfach angehalten, weitere Passagier und um Pakete mitzunehmen bzw. auszuladen. Dabei wurden Umwege von mehr als 30 km in kauf genommen. Wenn Man zu zweit ist kommt Taxi nicht teurer. Viele Fahrgäste waren stinksauer 😡.
departure and arrival were fine. we came to a place where we had to wait, just fine with waiting. But we ended up waiting for two hours and did not hear notice when we were leaving. The car was good.

We received all the instructions the day before which were really clear and even included a video to help us find the meeting point.
On the day we took our QR code to the counter where they gave us our tickets to board the ferry.
Everything went very smoothly and the driver was very safe.
The admin gave an email 1 day before went back to Krabi. In the email provide information and guidance. Claim feery ticket via pdf in the email. Van driver was on time and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Can sent straght to hotel even ticket stated to ao nang mcdonalds.

The transfer from the ferry to the taxi went really well, but we had a couple who didn't want to sit separately, so we didn't leave until 20 minutes later. On the way, we stopped at Seven Eleven, and what had been a ten-minute break suddenly turned into almost 25 minutes. The drivers were nice and drove well, but the bus was cramped.
