Bei theoretischen 3 h Fahrzeit - 3 Stunden Verspätung! Der Bus hat mehrfach angehalten, weitere Passagier und um Pakete mitzunehmen bzw. auszuladen. Dabei wurden Umwege von mehr als 30 km in kauf genommen. Wenn Man zu zweit ist kommt Taxi nicht teurer. Viele Fahrgäste waren stinksauer 😡.
departure and arrival were fine. we came to a place where we had to wait, just fine with waiting. But we ended up waiting for two hours and did not hear notice when we were leaving. The car was good.
Ferry was perfect!
De driver was busy with his Telefon, all the way through. No interest in his customers.
He would drive us to our hotel for ekstra money, we agreed. Then he suddenly dropped us at a busstop. Bye bye he said
The trip was great and on time. I enjoyed it.However it was very difficult to find the Phantip office and then to get from there to the ferry. If the taxi driver did not wait for me I would not have been able to get to the pier with my luggage. It is difficult for a 72 year old. Thete should be an office at the pier or else transport to the pier
I have booked a trip with a van to have a speed trip, but we are on a big bus after 2h30 of break and we will arrive like 2-3h later ! It is unacceptable, no one tells us anything, we just wait !
