Going to koh lipe boat had engine issues. Returning from koh lipe was overcrowded boat and transfer had to wait over 1 hour in hot weather at pak bara pier... We gave up and took a expensive taxi instead
We arrived at Hat Yai airport at 8:30AM. We went to the checkpoint by 8:45AM and waited in the area. Several times we walked around trying to find information on our pickup and nothing more could be found. By 9:25 (our van was supposed to leave at 9:30AM) we called the number on the PDF and someone answered. Eventually he called back and said a driver would be there shortly, after which a taxi driver came over to find us. We almost missed our ferry and the ferry operator was calling us repeatedly asking where we were. Thankfully on arrival she met us at the taxi and hurred us directly to the boat, which we thankfully were able to get on just in time.
The boat went very very very fast, too fast. And the boat in the pic, was diffrenr. Less comfortable.
And the pint starting, is far from the wallking streat and takes longer

Everything great really
Only the start to find where the pier was it said to go to bunhga resort and we couldn t find that resort then it was in front of the monkey bar maby it s easier to put that on the info ....kind regards
The boat and van were on time and everything went smoothly. There was a person at the pier guiding us to the van. The van was very confortable with good driver. The only downside is the boat trip, which wasn’t confortable at all and it was very hot inside the boat.
