You need to be more specific with directions to assist clients to locate the bus terminal check in desks which are located on the 1st floor of the building and there is insufficient signage to direct customers to these desks.
No place for bags!! They got very mad at us for bringing our luggage which in not very big and we had to go the whole way with them on us which was very uncomfortable for a 4 hour drive. Go to a different company!
To find the boarding desk in Southern Terminal, was not easy, and to find the platform, you have to know, there are two sides with the same Nr. One for small and one for big busses
We booked 2 seats but were sat near doorway & were given 1.5 seats! It was warm with no air conditioning (a couple of fans). But it was what we expected so not complaining. Plenty of opportunity to buy snacks and refreshments whilst travelling. Overall enjoyed the experience.
