Elliott AThe first bus smelt but was a decent. The second bus was alright but a bit dirty. The third transport was TERRIBLE. We were sent a 6 seater car to take 6 people (and luggage) but you forgot that the driver was the 7th person, so there was not enough room for all of us. The couple who was with us had to sit on their legs. It was lucky that one of the couples spoke English because the drivers were not helpful at all. We were not happy with your service or drivers at all.

Jenna HWe got picked up over an hour late with zero information or anyone to ask, that didn't bother us too much, but we were the first ones there and the last one on the bus as 3 arrived at the same time and there were no one giving any information, and it was a different bus company to the one that was on our ticket. As we were the last ones on the bus we got the back of the bus and these cabins were quite a bit smaller than the others. Also no TVs , it's just a picture in a frame

Karen JWe were at time at Mike‘s Agency and the Bus driver arrived also 10 minutes early, and we thought, “great, we’re leaving now”. But that wasn’t really the case, because he brought us to another bus station and we had to get off the bus to wait for the right one, a coworker pointed us the bus and said “this is your bus” but another coworker said you have to wait first and then we were confused. Then I became a WhatsApp message from the company that it said that we had a large amount of luggage and we had to pay 200.000 VND, I sent a screenshot of the voucher where it said that every passenger was allowed two pieces luggage 20kg, and we had 4 luggage. THOMAS VWe started 30 minutes earlier and we arrived around 1 hour earlier.The bus was looking new, the cabins were clean and well equipped with different lights, 2 cold air blowers, a blanket, a pillow, a bottle of water and a massage remote. Didn't manage to operate the TV though. The side window is very big and the bed is very comfortable. Didn't manage to catch too much sleep because the road was bumpy and the driver was talking many times loudly.

Gabriel GIt was super uncomfortable. We had the last cabins and they were small and it did not work properly to flat the seat.
On the other hand, we forgot a bag at the pick up and they managed to get it before leaving ha Giang. If it was not for that it would be 1 star only.
It also stop A LOT in the middle of the road with no reason.

Dylan DThey made is come 1 hour before departure because we were going to leave sooner only to wait 1h in the bus for 1 late comer and departure was even ́later then the initial hour. Staff unfriendly. WiFi was bad, bluethooth didn't work and the two stops were way too little.

Nick AOverall, it was good. The cabins were clean on the surface and there were no problems with our luggage (2 big suitcases). The driver was nice and drove reasonably. No honking, but sometimes he drove really fast.
We had 1 stop after only 30mins of driving and then no other stop until 6am.
But we could sleep well in the bus. However, in one of our cabins the bed was broken so you couldn’t change the position of the backrest.
The bus was also 1 hour late and the Wifi did NOT work but that seems to be normal here. Also, there were random people sleeping on the floor for a few hours in the middle of the night. They were gone by the morning. Then, after our morning stop, we were asked to move to one cabin together for the remaining 2 hours of the ride. The other cabin was then occupied by 3 new passengers.
But overall, it was a surprisingly good way of transportation.

Michaela BOne of the cabin we booked was smaller in the end of bus, so it was not very comfy for 170cm tall person. Drive was shorter by 3h which we didn’t mind but the drivers just wake you up and rush you out of the bus so they can continue and finish the trip. We where in some random bus stop (either way we would take taxi from other bus stop) but just to organize ourselves better for future, we will not count with drop off point for 100%

Christine RIn general, all was fine, the bus was comfortable and clean. Water was provided and there was a toilet on the bus.
But even though we arrived 2 hours early (5:30 am) in Hue, we were urged to get off the bus in a hurry, so we could not even check, where we were. The dropoff was some 8 km from the named dropoff (we had a hotel booked in walking distance but needed a taxi, as the actual dropoff was so far away).
Anyway, we were happy the driver woke us in Hue, as we were so early, we would have missed the exit otherwise.

Vivien BThe drivers where talking very loud, honking a lot and the beds where way to small for europeans. Almost impossible to sleep. Never take a 34 sleeper again. Try a 22 sleeper! The bus was late and made us walk to an other pick up with our lagguage, disappointing. We arrived a little early though which was great.

Laurie FOverall a smooth trip. Started 20 minutes late but arrived on time. Bus was clean and in good condition. Dislike not having a clue about when it will stop for bathroom/food. The one stop we made had clean enough bathrooms but the restaurant was unappealing. Limited packages snacks for sale.

Clifford SCan't complain. About as comfortable as a sleeper bus could be. Arrived early, relatively smooth ride. Could have used one more pitstop. USB port wasn't working. Also no instructions for TV. Massage cushions were a nice touch. Much better than Futa, worth the extra cost. Only real problem was that pickup point was changed after I went to original location but new pickup was right next to my hotel so I wasted money on two Grab rides.

Deborah NThe organisation of the transfer was excellent, and they took extra care of me after I informed them that I was injured. The seats were comfortable; however, there was a really bad smell of mould, which made the 12-hour journey quite unpleasant. Usb charger also not working on my seat, and light not working on my husband seat.

Moritz SWe started off with a 45 minute delay. We then stopped at a random location where the bus driver and the manager got off for 15/20 minutes without giving us any reason for the stop. Throughout the journey to Hue we stopped at many different locations where they picked up or delivered packages through which we accumulated an additional one hour delay.
At Hue we arrived 2 hours later than expected, not because of traffic (because there was none), but because of poor planning and the many different stoppages. In addition there were few toilet breaks for the 12h ride (which was supposed to be 10h).
The driving of the bus driver was great tho and the little cabins were alright too.

Magdalena SVery nice, they picked up from the hotel, unfortunately there was a strange smell in the bus and all my clothes were soaked in it after the ride.

Guillaume DComfortable bus ride. The bus was ready on time. The bus departed on time. The bus mainly traveled on the highway. This made the bus ride comfortable. We slept reasonably well. We had a transfer at a parking lot along the highway. The bus arrived at its destination an hour early.

Coach comfortable but arrived 3 hours early to hue so 0430hrs morning all clients getting off scrambling for accommodation

Dusan MThe bus was late due to other guests instead of coming between 7:30 and 7:40 it came at 8:15. The bus driver was driving fast after that and hitting the brake often and making the trip uncomfortable.

Christopher RA bit chaotic but arrived on time. A guy helped us into the bus and we drove through busy Hanoi to pickup people.
Very comfortable drive, massage seats work if you want them. :)

Linda GWe booked a 9 Seater and got a 19 Seater. The car was comfortable but dirty. They picked us up and droped us off at the Hotels.

Jason Bus came an hour late which is fine. Made up time during the overnight drive. However it dropped us off not at the location listed. The was comfortable enough and the bed was clean.
