On the way to Gili air the ferry was too hot, it was packed with people, there was no airco and no opportunity to go on the deck.
From Gili Air back to Bali was perfect! Inside there was airconditioning and on the deck they played Music and sold beers. It felt like a party.
So on the way to Gili Air I give only one star, but for the way back 5 stars which makes a 3 star in total ;)
Mało miejsca , ścisk. Opóźnienie. Brawurowa jazda. Ze względu na deszcz zamknięto przednie wejście i benzynę z silników było czuć na całej łódce na tyle, ze wielu osobom robiło się niedobrze. Męka.
The boat was late almost 1 h. Staff was selling beer on the board but it was ok however they did not give rest from amount you needed to pay unless you ask them for your money back.
Not much communication, we left harbor on transfer boat, but then waited long time for ferry, it would be appreciated if would be told how long we need to wait. The ferry to padangbai was good, but arriving in padagbai we had to wait 39 min before actually docking, In the end, expected arrival time was 13:00, actual time was 14:30, quit a delay

Ticket was booked for 12:25 leaving Gilii Air but ferry leaves 11:25. Was told many customers missed ferry because of your incorrect time schedule. We were lucky we double checked with ticket office at Gili Air
Starting with shuttle boat to the ferry because the harbour very small. Our trip going very smooth, the sea was calm as well. We arrive on time in Padangbai. Reliable ferry
The pilot of the boat drives overspeed accoeding to the waves and state of the sea this day and everyone feels sick and very dizzi...

I giving 3 stars because of 2 things there was I didn't like:
1st thing time . There was delay like 0,5 hour longer in harbour. Not much but I was like 1hr before for boarding.
2 nd thing boat: We had fast boat instead fast ferry. I booked fast ferry in hope to avoid uncomfortable travel. Evening it's quite difficulty on sea. Sea waves made us feel sick. Small boat jumper on waves like bull in rodeo. If that could be fast ferry which is bigger and heavier I believe should help on sea.
I would recommend to avoid boat on evening time between gili- Bali trip. Next week one I would try day time and definitely bigger seacraft.
