Czas podróży znacznie dłuższy niż podany na bilecie. Nikt nie wspomniał o zmianie pojazdu w trakcie podróży i dodatkowych kosztach z tym związanych,ale dojechaliśmy tam gdzie chcieliśmy a przewoźnik zorganizował wszystko. Ogólnie ciekawe doświadczenie, poznać Tajlandię taką jaka jest, a nie tylko z pięknych zdjęć z internetu.

Fine bus ride and driver. The seats are bit small.... For me as European.

ฉันจองการเดินทางแบบคอมโบจากกรุงเทพฯ ไปเกาะหมากผ่าน 12go Asia ก่อนจอง ฉันได้เขียนอีเมลถึงฝ่ายสนับสนุนเพื่อถามว่ามีบริการรับส่งจากสถานีขนส่งตราดไปยังท่าเรือหรือไม่ พวกเขาแจ้งฉันทางอีเมลว่ามีบริการรับส่งไปยังท่าเรือ และส่งลิงก์สำหรับจองการเดินทางให้ฉัน ฉันจึงไว้ใจพวกเขาและจองแพ็คเกจ ขณะที่เรากำลังเดินทางไปตราด ก่อนถึงสถานีขนส่ง 15 นาที คนขับรถบัสบอกว่าผู้ที่ต้องการไปเกาะหมากหรือเกาะช้างต้องลงจากรถบัส ดังนั้นเราจึงลงรถที่ตลาดเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่งซึ่งอยู่ห่างไกลจากตัวเมือง มีบริการแท็กซี่ส่วนตัวไปยังท่าเรือในราคาคนละ 100 บาท พวกเขาบอกเราว่า 12go Asia เป็นเว็บไซต์หลอกลวง ไม่มีบริการรับส่ง และหากเราจองรถบัสโดยตรงที่กรุงเทพฯ และขึ้นเรือเฟอร์รี่ที่ท่าเรือ เราจะประหยัดไปได้คนละ 140 บาท ???? หลังจากโทรติดต่อฝ่ายสนับสนุนจาก 12go Asia พวกเขาแจ้งเราทางโทรศัพท์ว่าในบัตรกำนัลของเราไม่มีบริการรับส่ง เยี่ยมมาก! ???? แต่เราไปถึงเกาะหมากด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมนิดหน่อย และนั่นคือสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุด

I booked a combi travel from Bangkok to Koh Mak over 12go Asia. Before I booked I wrote a mail to the support to ask if there is a transfer included from Trat Bus Terminal to the Pier. They garanteed me over mail that a transfer to the pier is included and sended me the link to book the jorney. So I trusted them and booked the package. On our way to Trat. 15 minutes before the Bus Terminal, the bus driver said that everybody who want‘s to go to koh Mak or Koh Chang has now to leave the Bus, so we got out on a small market in the nowhere. There was a private Taxi Service to the Pier for 100 Bhat each person. They told us that 12go asia are lyers, there is no transfer included and if we book the bus directely in Bangkok and the ferry on the ferry station we would have saved 140 Bhat each of us 😏 after calling the support from 12 go Asia they told us on the telephone, that in our voucher is no transfer included. Great! 😏 but we got to Koh Mak with a few extra costs and that‘s the most important thing.

รถบัสคันนี้แทบจะใหม่เอี่ยมเลย สะอาดและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี คนขับช่วยยกสัมภาระให้ฉัน เขาขับไม่เร็วเกินไปและให้ข้อมูลจุดจอดอย่างละเอียด

The bus was almost brand new. Definitely clean and well kept. The driver assisted me with the luggage. He didn't drive too fast and was informative regarding stops.

ทุกอย่างโอเค. ออกเดินทางตรงเวลา ไม่มีอาหารฟรีตามที่อธิบายไว้ มีแต่น้ำ น้ำผลไม้ และของว่าง ไม่นานก่อนถึงจังหวัดตราด เราก็หยุดและมีทางเลือกว่าจะนั่งแท็กซี่ไปลงเรือเฟอร์รี่ไปเกาะช้างหรือเกาะหมาก เรื่องทั้งหมดไม่ได้ประกาศล่วงหน้าและมีความสับสนเล็กน้อย ค่าแท็กซี่และเรือเฟอร์รี่คนละ 180 บาท (แท็กซี่ 100 / เรือเฟอร์รี่ 80) จากนั้นเราก็ไปขึ้นเรือเฟอร์รี่ไปเกาะช้าง

Alles Ok. Abfahrt war pünktlich. Es gab nicht wie beschrieben eine kostenlose Mahlzeit dafür aber Wasser, Saft und einen Snack. Kurz vor Trat wurde gestoppt und man hatte die Möglichkeit per Taxi zur Fähre nach Koh Chang oder Koh Mak gebracht zu werden. Das ganze war vorher nicht anegkündigt und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung. Für 180 Baht pro Person für Taxi und Fähre (Taxi 100 / Fähre 80) ging es dann zur Fähre nach Koh Chang.

เราจองทริปจากเกาะพะงันไปสุราษฎร์ธานีโดยเรือเฟอร์รี่ + รถบัสกลางคืน เราจ่ายเงินเพิ่มเพื่อความสะดวกสบายที่มากขึ้น ไม่มีประโยชน์. ถึงสุราษฎร์ธานีเวลา 17.00 น. เราได้รับแจ้งว่าให้กลับมาประมาณ 18.30 น. สำหรับการออกเดินทางของรถบัสกลางคืน ยกเว้นเขาเริ่มรับคนตอน 17.30 น. ส่งผลให้เราไม่มีที่อยู่เคียงข้างกับเพื่อนอีกต่อไป เบาะนั่งไม่สบายมาก แข็งมาก เป็นไปไม่ได้ที่จะนอนที่นั่น ดันแอร์ให้สุด เราหนาว เราป่วย ขอให้นกพิราบตัวต่อไปโชคดี!!

We booked a trip from Koh Phangan to Surat Thani by ferry + night bus. We paid more for more comfort. It's no use. Arrived in Surat Thani at 5 p.m. we were told to return around 6:30 p.m. for the departure of the night bus. Except they started picking people up at 5:30 p.m. As a result, we no longer had a place side by side with my friend. The seats are very very uncomfortable, rock hard. Impossible to sleep there. The air conditioning is pushed to the maximum, we were cold, we were sick. Good luck to the next pigeons!!

Checking in took a long time and security leaving me rushing for my flight. Also please check you are not taking an additional payment, there is an exact amount pending with the ref Nicosia. Thank you
