It was a horrible experience, they had the air conditioning damaged, it was too cold.
We spent several hours at 15°, and the last two or three of the trip at 12°.
They didn't have enough blankets, they didn't cancel the trip, they didn't turn off the air conditioning.
There were people who complained kindly, I will not repeat this trip again, it is the fourth time I have travelled and the experience has been painful. There wasn't even an apology, they just dedicated themselves to smiling as if it were a joke.
I would love an updated ticket with a platform when that's available. And I would also prefer to use this ticket instead of checking in at a counter first.
On the website, the journey is announced as taking 4h30 but it took more than 7 hours without having any traffic jam or other problems. You should know that it is not possible to make the journey of almost 400 kilometers in 4h30 so why don't you correct
the announced time on your website ???
