Bisschen unorganisiert, sind zuerst in den falschen Bus eingestiegen und mussten dann unsere ganzen Taschen wieder selbst aus dem Bus raus holen, wo schon andere Taschen darauf gestapelt und davor abgelagert wurden
Der Bus hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und pünktlich nach Hanoi gefahren. Es gab 2 Pausen å 20 min. Der Platz für einen 1,82m großen Menschen ist sehr knapp, die Länge für die Beine ist zu kurz.
Die VIP 22 Schlafplätze waren angenehm. Leider war an schlafen nicht zu denken, da der Busfahrer das Gaspedal durchgetreten hat, als wäre der Teufel hinter ihm her. Wir wurden von links nach rechts geschleudert. Alles in allem eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung.
Der Fahrer war zwar sehr freundlich, nachts um 3 ohne Schlaf an der Straße abgesetzt zu werden war allerdings weniger schön.

The agent is super helpful. They will contact you by Whatsapp one day before departure. The bus is super cozy. The light installation is comfortable enough. They provide one pillow and one blanket for your more comfortable sleep. The thing that I suggest is it will be more convenient to provide water bottle and wet napkin for the passengers.
Turen var god og chaufføren kørte godt. Bussen kørte til tiden og vi var også fremme som planlagt. Vi mistede vores pung i bussen og buschaufføren A. Duong var meget sød og hjalp os med at få den tilbage igen.

The Bus was pretty old and didn’t looked as in the pictures, teje cleaness was Aldo ver y poor. The was of driving was at least very good compared with other drivers
The toilet was dirty and smelly. We were seated close to the toilet and it was an awful trip, every time someone would open the toilet door there would be an horrible smell for a lot of time. We took the same company to get to Sa Pa and was ok, but to go back to Hanoi the bus was older and there wasn’t WiFi. Plus they drive like crazy, it’s really hard to sleep

We had a stop midway. The bus was clean and comfortable. Free water bottle. They moved some of us to different bus which was okay and other bus was also clean.

Left 45min late from Sapa. I booked with Sapa ethnic travel but it was operated by SaoViet. The bus was comfy (VIP cabin) but broke down on the highway about 1h before reaching Hanoi. The crew didn’t speak English and couldn’t update us on what was happening. Got pieces of info here and there but not much. After 45min another bus picked us up and we had to share cabins as that bus was already occupied. Eventually arrived at Hanoi 2.5h late. I asked for a financial compensation but so far no feedback.
