You sent a photo of the departure point that was not accurate. We thought we were in the wrong place. We were looking around for the place in the photo and a dog from a nearby yard bit my husband - we had to divert our trip and go to Hanoi instead to get rabies immunoglobulin. Why did you send a photo of the wrong place?
It was a comfortable ride, clean bus and safe driver. But we could do with a stop somewhere in the 12 hours.

We were supposed to arrive at Ninh Binh at 22:30 but we arrived 4:30 a.m., without any apparent reason, they also changed the pickup point the morning of departure, and there was a transfer in Hue, which we also didn't know about before booking.
Bus was very clean and new and would have been really nice journey however the driver was smoking on it and the smell of smoke coming through the ac vents was not nice. Service was also a bit unorganised I got a message a couple hours before with a change of pickup point. I arrived at the point and got on the bus then got a call from the company asking where I was telling me I was on the wrong bus when I was actually on the right one so little bit confusing. PLEASE STOP THE DRIVERS SMOKING ON THE BUS
