The journey itself was fine, but when we went to collect the tickets the lady at the kiosk just told us to wait to the side when I asked where the bus would leave from. It was only because i had read similar reviews here that I knew nobody would come for us or let us know where the bus actually was, so I went outside and looked for it and asked around. The bus was sat waiting at the stand further down!
Why do I book an e-ticket if I have to queue at the airport to pickup a printed ticket there finally? No seat selection during the online booking process, so you should handle it like first comes first served. Ended up in the first row with less space for the legs compared to the seat I selected before. I survived everything so no tragic events but maybe the feedback helps you to become even better. Most positive thing was the driver using the honk if someone was sleeping on our lane, using free lanes and so on. Good Driver who made it even quicker than expected also we started a bit late.
