We came to the port early to exchange my online voucher into a ticket. Showed my voucher through my phone. It took awhile because they looked for the approved email in their files. Once she saw the printout, they gave us the ticket.
Only later I have learned that the trip would be delayed. I know that in no way the company is responsible for this. There are too many ships docked in this little port.
Most of our complaints is due to the ports on both Batangas and caticlan. It's too hot, not enough seating capacity for waiting customers, delays due to the inability of ships to dock at the ports.
Overall, my complaint about the company is the inefficiency of the cashier/small office. Once on-board, the crew were accommodating and chill. The ship is honestly clean (but the other passengers are slobs). I just wish their eating area is larger though...
