     # Chou Travel

The communication with the agency was very easy and clear. Some hours before the ride, they sent me the driver and car number and the driver arrived even earlier, which was great for us. The driver was safe and we arrived perfectly on time. Would definitely book here again!

The communication with the provider in advance was very good. It was even possible to change the pickup location the day before. We got a photo and car number of our driver in advance so the pickup went smoothly. The drive was very safe and perfectly on time. Would do it again without any hesitation.

Ordered an SUV for a 8 hour drive. The driver was extremely polite, drove very carefully, his car was in perfect condition and matched the category and description. Perfect!

The drive was okay, but the driver showed up to a pre-booked ride to a location 350km away with less than 25% battery in the car. Within the first two hours of the ride, we had already stopped twice for about an hour and a half total so that he could charge the car to make it through the ride. I understand stopping for breaks, but the fact that our stops were to charge the car for our drive instead of that being done before hand was frustrating. The driver did do good making up the time, but that meant the ride was very jerky because of the speeding up and then breaking abruptly when encountering traffic.

Fantastic experience. Our driver was really polite and an amazing driver! He was super safe. I usually get car sick and even on the windy roads I didn't because he was so smooth. He stopped for a break after a couple of hours too which is good for alertness. The communication before the trip was also excellent, really appreciated the driver and car info including photo via WhatsApp. Highly recommend this service!

The driver was very punctual. However, he was on his phone a lot, overtook other vehicles in an unsafe way, and stopped for a break without explaining why. He spoke very little English.

Very safe driver who was on time and stopped for snacks and toilet break along the way. Didn’t speak any English which is why we gave 4 out of 5. Tip for travellers, make sure to have a local sim and WhatsApp if being picked up from the airport so the driver can find you. We send a photo of us at the pick bay at which we were waiting

The driver was taking too many local roads due to traffic. We asked to take the toll roads and they did. We tipped (or payed) the toll charges. They were really kind and change routes without fuss.
