Nice bus & A/C working well. With a 6.1 rating out of 10, I was expecting a bus not so nice. We got to choose our own seats. There were not so many people, so I had 2 seats for myself & carry bag. Tha adult man in seat behind me talked to himself for hours. He grabbed the seat and accidentally pulled hair. He was drunk & smelled like alcohol. He sang songs & patted the seat to the beat of music on bus speakers. I could not rest. Bus drivers did very little to calm him down. He made my trip miserable.

It was clean. The estimated time od the ride was not nearly correct, it was late longer then two hours even though the border crossing did not take much time.

Assertive-but-safe driver ✔️. The driver made just the right number of stops. Not too many and not too few. He courteously answered my questions and was helpful. Teenage passengers: this is unavoidable.

We had a break in Tribinje, then we missed the bus with 5' min. So bad day. How they gone without us. How they gone without us? They have to count the passengers numbers after the break !!? I will never us this bus company.

Punishment Traveling with “Lalatović travel”. View from the window. We delayed our arrival for almost two hours. Drivers are barely speaking English, were stopping for “personal business”, smoking inside, toilet did not work. Finally we had unexpected bus change in Kotar, announced in local language only, but luckily one of the passengers were able to explain us what they want.
