They were late by an hour. But it was comfortable and overall a nice experience
The bus driver spent the entire time talking on the phone and watching videos while driving. Shockingly unsafe. For whatever reason the bus stopped 5 different times on the way. Seats/beds were comfortable. When we got to Sapa they did drive us to our hotel but the shuttle driver was unimaginably rude and angry. Not sure why.

06:30-12:30 sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa. Times not great but slept well on bus. Couple of stops along the way for toilet/food. Well organised in comparison to other sleeper busses.

My 1st experienced to Sapa by Sleeper Bus was great. Pick up at airport and depart on time.Staff at office also helpful.The driver also drive carefully. Though driver only speak Vietnam and left us blank during stop over , but it is still ok.
TV no signal but i dont watch tv as it will make me sick.
I read some review by others with bad experience ..but hey..u will never know..u might be lucky . 🥰

So stellt man sich reisen vor! Sehr gemütliche Liegefläche, ausreichend Platz für sein kleines Reisegepäck. USB Anschluss in der Kabine. Alles sehr sauber und gut organisiert!
Big cabins. Hello kitti bus. Not sure if we can rent one cabin for two people, we had to pay two. They provide water and two stops for toilet and buying food.

Der Sao Viet VIP22-Bus war sauber und bequem. Ist halt etwas zu kurz für Leute über 180, aber diagonal im Bett ging es mit 186. Personal war freundlich. Wir hatten etwas Verspätung, für die Strecke aber ok. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen.
