Jorge Habían cucarachas en el barco y los asientos son muy estrechos. Por lo demás salió puntual y llegamos en la hora establecida.

Jacobo Nos llevaron en un barco sin aire acondicionado y tal y cómo estaba el tiempo de calor era algo que no podía faltar, pero no estaba encendido o no funcionaba, y no entraba casi nada de aire. Junto con los movimientos propios de ir en un barco de este tipo a varios de nosotros nos dieron pequeños mareos por el calor. Os recomiendo encarecidamente asegurarse de que tiene aire acondicionado, aunque paguéis un poco más con otra compañía lo agradeceréis.

Jose NI only used Semaya One because it was the last boat of the day from Bali to Gili Air. After reading so many negative reviews, I kind of knew what to expect.
All starts with scammers trying to sell you tickets at 3x 12GO's established price. They insist, and lie, whatever. And they do it right in front of stores which do your check-in with 12GO's tickets (you need to show the online tickets and they switch it with a physical card), so even I was wondering whether these people belonged to the store. The people from the store say nothing and one can only assume why (threats, mafia, crossed my mind).
I was lucky to find some people who bought their tickets at 12GO and were exchanging them there, and that was the reason I found out what to do... Otherwise, I would NOT have known where to exchange my tickets...
Then, the boat was quite bad and small. The AC was not working and there was water constantly coming into the boat if anything was open. So, either you had 40°C inside the cabinet or you were splashed with water every 5 seconds. The driver was going faster than what it seemed he could go for the boat's size, turning the trip definitely into the worst boat trip i experienced.
For 12go's part: just make it easy to know exactly where to change the tickets.
