Darlin REstoy perfectamente contento con todo. El conductor me envió un mensaje por what's app y me estaba esperando. Me esperó delante del hostal y cogió mi maleta enseguida. Fue muy amable y complaciente. El viaje fue uno de los más cómodos que he tenido. Mantuvo una charla agradable y bromeó conmigo. Condujimos por carreteras muy estrechas y empinadas de Bali y siempre me sentí segura al 100%. Fue muy cuidadoso y paciente. Así que realmente muy satisfecho en todo, yo elegiría una y otra vez.

I’m messaging you to inform you of a company on your platform that has performed a scam on myself: I booked a ticket through 12go Asia, from Canggu to Uluwatu - unfortunately there route was flooded and we were unable to travel on the day. The company CMP Bali reached out to me through WhatsApp to rearrange date of transport - they said that we should be able to leave the next day, after terrible communications they then said that we were unable to leave again, due to there still being foods, however, many friends of mine travelled to Uluwatu on that day. We then booked external transports and as thought, we were able to travel onto our destination with no signs of floods or hazards. The company had been providing us with misleading, false information - they kindly said that they would arrange a refund, however, nothing has been processed, I have asked for confirmation and answers plenty of times and had no response. I would like a refund or a voucher - as this is an outright scam, I also suggest that you remove this company from your site as they have left me, and probably many others, in doubt of using 12go Asia again.

Jade KFantastic Journey. The ride went smoothly, the 5 hours flew by in no time. (Far less painful than a5 hour Jetstar flight from Australia!! 😆 ) Passing beautiful countryside, only a couple of stops along the way to drop passengers off- which was a great opportunity to stretch the legs, have a smoke and snap a photo.
All good. I will be using this shuttle service again in the future. Highly recommended!

Roosa HThe driver was 1,5 hours early and therefor did not have any time to have breakfast or to buy food for the trip. Had to wait for nearly 10 h for the next opportunity. Also read that the slow ferry should cost 60 IDR but I think I was scammed at the port and had to pay much more
