Aslom From start to finish it was pretty good. Meeting point should have more information. It can be confusing if you are a first time traveler. The journey took longer too but I felt it was easy and smooth with 3 stops. We left a little late due to people getting to the bus on time. It’s not fair on people who make the effort to get to the pick up point 30minutes before and wait 20-30minutes for latecomers

Carolina BThere was a big confusion about which van I’d be getting into which was very annoying. I showed all the proof and even used google translate but still wasn’t easy. The company was using WhatsApp to speak to me, then the drivers were trying to communicate different things to me and one of them took a photo of me WITHOUT WARNING OR PERMISSION.

Ross CBeing not local we thought that Rama 9 was on Rachadaphisek Rd. How wrong were we the phone bot tried its hardest and did give us the google directions which were a great help to our taxi driver. He drove us directly to the correct departure our transport was well on its way to Koh Chang but luckily 3 buses were ready to go. Our driver took charge and from then on our trip was incident free. Great work thankyou so much.

Jacqueline NEasy breezy. Left on time, stopped for toilet then lunch, and drove onto the ferry which was a treat in itself arriving to Koh Chang by sea. Had a flat tyre but this was fixed quickly. Other than that, no problems.
