Michael EI booked for the 1st February but when the details came through the date was the 3rd Feb . I informed your company on the 31st they said they would look into it to see if they could change the booking to the 1st February.
On the 1st of February at 2am you responded saying they couldn't change the booking. I didnt see the email till 6 am. So I asked for a refund but had an email back saying that this could not be done due to the short notice.
So I had to book again. Ive now paid twice for the same journey. Im extremely unhappy with the way ive been treated
