Fiona PEasy way to get to Koh Lanta in off season. Dedicated travel lounge for Phantip at Krabi Bus terminal where they checked us in, gave us stickers and told us to wait in the lounge. Driver came to collect us for the bus which left on time. Couple of pick ups for other passengers on the way, then straight onto vehicle ferry - still arrived at hotel 30 mins ahead of schedule. Paid 100THB per person at the bus terminal on check-in for the hotel drop off which was really easy and helpful, to save getting an additional transport from the pier.

Faida WMy flight was delayed, so I couldn’t catch the original van I had booked. Fortunately, the operator was very kind and flexible, they helped me reschedule and allowed me to catch a later van. I really appreciated the smooth support during a stressful moment. Great service!

Anton GIt was alright. Shame that you don't mention that it does lickup at airport. I had to take a taxi to Bus Terminal and then to go thru airport again.

Catriona BEasy to find the check in office and very efficient process. For an extra 100 baht per person we were dropped at our hotel which was great as it made it so stress free as there are no grabs on Koh Lanta.

Mariya VVery happy with the service. Our flight was late, so we showed up to the check in counter about 5 minutes late, but van didn't leave without us. We were the last passengers to board and left immediately after this. There's been quick stop for toilet on the gas station on the way
