The van was comfortable and took us to the right place. The voucher did help to find the departure point. However, other points disappointed us a lot. First of all, we had to pay an extra for our suitcases despite being well indicated on the paper that the extra is applicable only if the luggage exceed 24 inches. Our luggage was 24 inches. Despite explaining it multiple times to the counter lady, she didnt want to hear anything and made us pay. Second thing is the bus departure was 30mins late. Very inconvenient if someone has a train or flight to catch. They didnt update us on anything. Didnt tell us anything about when the van would leave. I think they were just waiting for it to be full until they'd make it go. Overall disappointing experience. The train is more reliable.

The ride itself was okay, however, on the checkin Counter, we were told to pay an additional charge of 140 Bath for our four backpacks.

The way to Ayutthaya was ok, but the way back to bangkok was awfull! The van was too Small, air condirioner too low, and the driver very agressive and we didnt feel safe. We stopped before the final destination because it was terrible.

Van was alright but a bit crowded. It left before departure time. The only inconvenient was that the driver made a few stops that might have not been on the itinerary, there were some misterious packages for delivery that took room to seat comfortably.

It was my simple experience. When I arrived I was told in a harsh tone that I had to buy a ticket for my luggage. My mistake, I hadn't seen that before, but I hadn't seen it before and the bus was half empty. Then we set off and neither the passenger nor the driver spoke English. Then I looked at Google Maps and realized that we were driving further away from my stop. I understand that as a tourist I can't expect everyone to speak English, but the stops weren't announced and so I missed mine. Then they tried to explain something to me in Thai and laughed at me? At the next opportunity I was let off and could take a cab, which was more expensive than the bus. I wouldn't recommend taking it as a tourist, as the language barrier just seems too big…

I'm foreigner travelling from BKK to Ayutthaya. In overall: - Fast (~1h30, could be shorter if no traffic jams) - Easy to access - Just go to the van terminal, show the email from website to exchange ticket, then go - Seats are OK and clean for short trips like this.
