Helen PI never received our return ticket but it was paid in advance. I needed to go to the OceanJet Office in Tagbilaran and they needed to contact you to get confirmation that we have a ticket but it was never sent to us.
It was very complicated for us to do all this.

Fishm EVery smooth ride, great weather & visibility. Not the most comfortable seats and not really set up to walk around during the trip. Then again, no stress, no worries, baggage was fine. All-in-all, good relaxing and relatively quiet trip even tho we departed about 35 min later than scheduled.

Rahul RI recently travelled with OceanJet and noticed an issue during baggage check-in. The notice at the desk clearly stated that the baggage handling fee is 50 pesos per item. However, when we checked in two bags, we were charged 150 pesos.
When we asked the staff, they mentioned that this location charges more than Cebu, which was confusing since the notice at the desk still stated 50 pesos per item. It would be helpful if the pricing displayed and the amount charged were consistent to avoid confusion for passengers.
