The bus was comfortable, only the socket and WiFi didn‘t work. You stop one time around midnight for a break and to eat something and then in Surat Thani around 6 in the morning to switch from a bus to a mini van, so you can‘t sleep the whole night

No food and no water provided. The staff shouted at us to hurry up. The toilets on the bus were the worst I have ever seen. It was so cramped that we couldn't even turn around, it was dirty, we couldn't flush the toilet and there was no bin. As a woman, it was horrible.

We had a hassle-free bus journey from Bangkok to khao sok with TravelBusAsia . Alex, the coordinator, was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The bus was comfortable, not too cold, and had great amenities like USB ports, free coffee, and a clean bathroom. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I highly recommend booking tickets in advance or online, as it’s much cheaper. Worth every penny!

The Guide was very nice and gave us as family with a Baby the downstairs Department. The driver though was quite loud to announce the Night stop (0pm) and Bus change (6am), which would have been nice to be informed about earlier, and not have the feeling of suddenly being thrown out of the Bus.

Good organisation. Easy exchange of voucher to ticket at the counter on 1st floor. Nice bus, comfy, spacy, reclinable seats. We got water, juice and some biscuits. There was a stop at around 1 a.m. for toilet with possibility to eat (you had to buy a voucher for 100 Baht). Arrived in Surat Thani at 6, continued with a van at 7 to final destination.

The experience ran very smoothly. Checked in on Khao San Road at the location stated on the ticket, boarded the coach which had wifi, aircon, working charging points, and we were provided with a bottle of water and a blanket. The bus then dropped us at Surat Thani where I waited no more than 30 mins for the transfer to Khao Sok. My only negative was that the seats were not very comfy and the coach was so loud so I managed to get about 2 hours sleep! My recommendation would be to bring good ear plugs and maybe take a sleeping tablet if you want to actually sleep.
