It's fine. I preferred the slower one. This one goes so fast, it made me feel sick a little bit because it's bouncing a lot. We were a little late but nothing too bad. Generally, my experience was ok. The seats are comfortable. The staff was nice.

We were rescheduled to a RORO that costs half the price we paid for the normal fast jet. Long wait times, plenty of people, and a journey that should have taken us 1 hr was extended to 2.5.

Average trip. Recommend installing a few fans in the outside seating areas because when the curtains are closed due to high winds or rough seas it becomes very hot.

Ticket Paid Online and ADVANCED.. No Seat #... then the Officer said we need to wait then after that he said we need to buy another ticket.. then just go to the office for refund. Our Seat # was already OCCUPIED. So no choice... we decided that its okay to transfer to another seat - Upstairs ordinary seat - open air. Only pros - refund process is fast and staff - approachable.

The male attendant at ticketing area told us that in my phone (on line) reservation is set at 6 a.m. but in their system is set at 6 p.m. I responded that it's not my fault and he responded that I can file a complaint to the agency who is handling the reservation on line. He recommended that it is better to give a direct call Ocean jet for a more reliable reservation. He then told me to step aside and he needs to help the other passengers because I need to re book our reservation if we have a seat on that day. Waited until he helped everyone which is already departing time and direct us to the next agent and told us the same story. The one in their system is 6 p.m. and we must rebook and pay additional 50 pesos each per person. He then gave us seat numbers and when get inside the boat there were passengers on those seats. So we just have to look around where there were available seats. It's just a modus operandi of these scammers to get additional money from us. Very unprofessional service.

It was ok. But, the trip is over crowded I believe there were no more seats available and a lot of people are standing. I hope you could have crowd/passenger control in the future.
