The crew said the RORO was overloaded, and some of us needed to go down and transfer to another boat. Our trip from Siquijor to Dumaguete was originally scheduled for 2:00, but we left at 4:00 instead. When we arrived at Dumaguete, we rushed to go down, but the crew was so unprofessional that they got mad at us. We said that we are going to be late for our flight, then He told us "kung nagmamadali kayo dapat kanina pa kayo sa harap para makababa agad." How is that possible, we have our big luggage to us. Galing pa sa likod ang luggage namin, hindi kami makadaan dahil sa mga sasakyan na nakasakay din sa roro. We almost missed our 7:00 pm flight to Manila. Super hassle and stressful

The state room I rent was not very good. Windows broken. Aircon impossible to set. about food. all meals was cold. sometimes no coffee at morning.

We took Anika Star otw to Siquijor and the ventilation was exceptionally poor in the forward section (A). We were sweating like crazy. The trip back was a tad better but still has room for improvement.
