Cinzia LGood trip , on Time, but the driver all the time speaking and laughing out laud during the all drive. Not very professional. Not at all friendly or kind to people during border stops. A polite explanation of how it works wouldn't cost anything.

Was on time.
The boarder crossing was very easy. Once for singapore and once for Malaysia so 2 stops.
We also stopped for a quick break.

Gladwyn BThe bus journey from the Malaysia checkpoint to Malacca was comfortable and smooth. However, the bus from Bugis MRT to the checkpoint did not have the same comfortable seats.
The staff throughout the journey were polite, informative, and friendly, which was appreciated.
As a tourist with limited local knowledge, it was quite shocking to be dropped off in Malacca on a motorway with no access to taxi services or safe onward transport. This made the arrival stressful and unsafe.
Please consider arranging drop-offs at safer, more accessible locations. For anyone booking this service, please be aware of this situation in advance.
