Good day, I would like to file a feedback regarding our recent trip with Coda Lines. Last June 11, we booked the 10:00 PM trip to Bontoc, which was scheduled to arrive at 8:15 AM. We planned our itinerary based on this schedule so we could catch the last jeepney to Buscalan. Unfortunately, the bus encountered a mechanical issue that caused a significant delay. As a result, we missed our intended schedule, incurred additional expenses, and were unable to secure an earlier queue number for the signature tattoo, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We went home without having the tattoo and we were from Negros Occidental by the way. We were truly disappointed, as we had been looking forward to this experience for quite some time. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we hope that your company can strengthen its vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures to help prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. We hope this concern will be addressed to improve the experience of future passengers.

Everything good except for 2 things: 1. The Quezon City Terminal was not comfortable. It does not even look like a bus terminal. 2. One of the stops was not nice.

The bus left and arrived on time! As comfortable as you can get when traveling on a night bus. The bus was cold but they mentioned it beforehand when buying the tickets so i could prepare. Staff was friendly and helped me where to go when i arrived in Bontoc.
