we did not receive the tickets by email from you as informed by you that we should. We tried to contact you - not possible by phone which is important when scarce of time and the messaging service to you support online did not work. So bad! Luckily there was a very nice official at the train station who helped us. we travelled 3rd class since it was the only seats available and to be 3rd class I must say it was OK.

The trip went great, great driver, safe journey etc. only at the end you are dropped off at a bus station in ao nang and suddenly everyone tells you to get on another bus and pay 150 Bath per person and then they take you to the hotel. Super unpleasant. We then ordered a tomb and walked a few meters further. It was cheaper for the two of us and we were dropped off directly at our hotel without having to drop off 15 others.

Good but no toilet stop. Driver spoke no english which is okay but you get dropped off somewhere very far from lomprayah pier (if travelling to islands) and no taxi service nearby??? We ended up having to go to a nearby hotel and paying high price for van to pier.

Mini van was comfortable, driver good and we were on time. The last row of seats in the mini van is super tiny so no leg room. Did one 5min break for toilet/food on the 3+ hour drive.
