Nicola WOverall it was fine and would book again but just to note, the boat ride was pretty aggressive despite good weather. It’s very bumpy and loud and probably wouldn’t recommend for those who suffer from sea sickness.

Sheri LThe ticket purchase was easy, as was checking and navigating the port. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was just a little confusing as I wasn't aware that we'd have to switch boats in Phi Phi - that was a bit chaotic.

Maxim GCheck in was super easy, the boat left exactly on time. Ride to Phi Phi was soon fast and calm, no bumps, no problems. We waited a little bit at Phi Phi for other passengers, but it was no problem at all. Eventually we arrived to Koh Lanta 15 late but really no complaints.
I will definitely use speed boats of Bundhaya!

Aaron Pretty easy to understand. We went at low season so there was no crowds and rushing.
Operators stand at the door of Rassada pier entrance, show your ticket and they’ll point you in the direction of the right desk. (There are 15+, for diff companies).
Check in, they’ll give you a ticket and wait to be called to walk to boat.
Plenty of food options in the Peir, so if you’re in a rush early morning, you can grab something decent there.
Staff were 10/10 - sea a little choppy, but that’s nothing on the operator.

Lyndsey They did not give clear information on when the shuttle would be there to pick me up, and I had already waited an hour past the time I though the shuttle would be there- so I booked a second ferry ticket and took my own taxi there since I thought I had missed the previous ferry
