The ride was average. Nothing special, perhaps a below average bus to ride in. Service and communication was okay, not way over or below the mark. But the all over experience was okay. Nothing huge to complain or be glad about.

Really surprised at how smooth the journey was. Would use again. Stops for a 20 min break with an hour left of the trip. Lots of leg room and I’m a 6 foot 3 giant

Pickup was almost 2 hours late with 0 communication. Was then passed between 3 vehicles with minimal communication, the last one had no ac so was about to pass out.

Very straightforward process. I had plenty of space and the chair could recline back. Were given blankets, a snack and water. The only downside is that we kept stopping for the driver to deliver items, but we still arrived on time so yeah
