Our boat arrived two hours late because of a storm and they said they had to go slower. Once we were on the water they went full speed through the storm, causing the passengers to be thrown around and extremely sick. We were breathing in exhaust and 3/4 of our group got physically sick (not including other strangers), we kept asking them to slow down but they wouldn’t listen to us. It felt very dangerous and negligent of our safety and comfort.

The weather was bad , so we were moved to a safer boat, however i explained the replacement boat was longer - ferry 2 hours , wasn’t what i paid for as i paid for a 1 hour speed boat. The team then changed us to an earlier boat that took 50 minutes and was the price we paid! Amazing service
