Well organised, good drivers

The trip was well organized, efficient, and comfortable. You show up at the appointed place, and the company has your name and calls your name and points you to the correct bus. I had a nice comfortable seat, and the A/C felt great. Halfway through the trip, you have to switch buses, but they call your name, and they make it very easy.

Driver is so rude and drives crazy. No seat belts on loads of the seats.

No problems at all, they were super punctual. The trip is just a tough one with many whindy roads and bends, it made me feel quite sick. I realise it is unavoidable, but thought to warn those who struggle with that.

The bus driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Playing video games full-volume. My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.
