Great company and driver, would definitely book again! Proactive and informative messages ahead of the ride. The driver was very pleasant, organized a break really well, handled luggage responsibly and in general delivered us to the airport feeling happy and relaxed.

Bus left the station at 320 ish (scheduled to leave at 230. Then we arrived in KL around 830 (Scheduled to arrive at like 430 ish). Whilst the traffic on the journey wasn’t the operators fault, the significant delay to begin the journey was. However, there was nothing wrong with the bus itself. And whilst the seat was a bit dirty, I guess that’s what you get with such a cheap fare.

Voucher does not inhale, that you have to change the Voucher into a ticket at the ticket counter, Esther that you have to pay an extra fee for that. Bus was 20 Minuten delayed. Driver burped all the time - not realy handsome.

The bus arrived right on time, which was great. However, the arrival in KL was delayed due to heavy traffic. Overall, it was still a good experience—the bus was clean, the AC was cold, the seats were comfy, and there were power outlets available.
