To arrive 3 hours after approx arrival time, despite there having been not too much traffic, is too much of a margin, I think. The entertainment system was not on most of the time. Otherwise OK.

This is more on the trip from Vigan City terminal to Cubao on January 14th. I booked a luxury bus that is supposed to be the fastest way departing from 1 pm and arriving in Cubao at 8 pm. We were expecting that we will be in Cubao by 8 pm but instead, we arrived past 10 pm. We noticed that the driver and conductor is letting non booked passengers we passed by every time there’s an empty seats. This felt like they (driver and conductor) made the luxury bus a regular bus where they made stops for every passenger on the road. There’s even times that a small plastic chair is put in the middle so that a passenger can sit. This is very frustrating on our part as we paid full price for a faster luxury bus, only to find out that we will not get what is promised for what we paid for. When you make rules on what kind of service is offered, you should follow that rule regardless if the bus has only 1 passenger. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Not sure if we will use your services again, but definitely will inform our family, friends and people we know about our experience.

The bus departed 30 mins late. The CR was not clean. They pick-up passengers who are standing along the aisle until the bus was jam packed which is inconvenient for passengers who paid premium for an exclusive trip to arrive on-time and to have a supposed to be “smooth” experience.

There were a number of problems culminating in a late arrival of three and a half hours. First, the bus station doesn’t clearly mark where to go for tickets. I’m told by the attendant that it has no bathroom- for what turned out to be a nearly 11 hour ride, that is wrong. The tickets were for a direct transport on luxury bus for 7 hours written on the voucher 4 pm arrival. Traffic was not that bad, but the bus stopped about 25 times to pick up and drop off people from the side of the road. It let on vendors to sell stuff. Delays for no reason causing arrival near 7:30 pm.
