Hello, the website says this is the fastest bus and a luxury one, no problem with the bus seat but my problem is advertising the route to be only of 7 hours. The trip took almost 11 hours, the driver also said they do not know anything about 7 hours of trip and only know that it will really took 10 to 11 hours. If only we knew that it would take same hours, we could have booked our trip in Pasay instead of taking time going to Cubao for this so-called fastest bus.

There were a number of problems culminating in a late arrival of three and a half hours. First, the bus station doesn’t clearly mark where to go for tickets. I’m told by the attendant that it has no bathroom- for what turned out to be a nearly 11 hour ride, that is wrong. The tickets were for a direct transport on luxury bus for 7 hours written on the voucher 4 pm arrival. Traffic was not that bad, but the bus stopped about 25 times to pick up and drop off people from the side of the road. It let on vendors to sell stuff. Delays for no reason causing arrival near 7:30 pm.

I booked for the luxury liner with wifi and CR but 4 hrs before the travel, the staff called and informed of the change of bus to one without wifi and CR. The seat was not comfortable because the cushion was poor and the seat cant be reclined. The trip was too long because of 2 stop overs plus picking of passengers along the way. It was not what I expected and booked for.
