We were caught on traffic on the way to the terminal and was late for 5 mins already so we hurriedly asked a victory liner staff if the bus left already and she wasn’t able to assist us effectively, even saying that it probably left (without confirming) and we need to pay extra surcharge. However upon going to the other counter and asking another staff, she immediately assisted us and told us that the bus haven’t left yet. She immediately processed our tickets and we were able to secure our seats. That other staff needs more training, her actions demonstrates laziness
