The trip was fast and safe.Air-condition is a little exaggerated to make you feel cold and uncomfortable though. The bus toilet seems need to be cleaned and repaired.The door close and open simultaneously from the outside . That's why I am rating it 4stars. Other than that, it was a comfortable long ride.

Operator was way too late. Overal experience during the trip, despite my place, was fine. I only got placed in the back, so I couldn't lay down and felt every bump. Was a bumpy ride through the night, haha.

First the terminal in alabang did not mention that it is located at south station because in my ticket only alabang terminal but there is two terminal in alabang.then the bus arrived late (1 1/2hour late)..

I was left by the designated bus, was rold that i will be picked up in Buendia statiin and waited for 4 hrs. Was transferred in Turbina and the travel took 10 hours from Turbina to Naga.
