Not good. I booked online in advance to secure a comfortable trip with a choosen seat and bus. I booked for July 28 , at 8:00 am. But suddenly around 6am when they just informed me that my bus is under repair so i was merge to a 7:30am trip. It was so frustrating how they did it! Unfortunately i missed the trip of course they just told me only 1 1/2hr left to make it. I was directed to a 9am trip, that was a 2x2 seater, i booked and choose 1 seater and paid 1,599 but the bus i was transferred cost only 1,100... That was really disgusting trip i ever had ao far because of the inconvience specially they give me a seat that is already booked by another person. How come the teller or personnel did not aware and know it???

I found PITX much better than my previous experiences with bus terminals in Manila. What I don't understand is why the ticketing boots are separated from the gates. This is something you really should consider to relocate, to have them closer to each other. Not as it is now, gate 4 in one end and the ticketing boot in the other end. This is logistically very strange and not very costumer friendly.

1st. Bus is late. 9:30 is the schedule time, bus arrive around 10:45 almost 11am i think.? 2nd. I didnt get the seat that i booked. Someone seating already on my seat and no one assisted me. But, still ok we arrive safe thats the most imfortant thing.

Bus was late for an hour, no announcement update from the booking office. Trainee tour coordinator impolite, lack of capacity to communicate and release the online ticket via online booking. She asked me to transfer my cue to the other line and no proper instruction to weigh baggage and tagging to the opposite corner.
