I booked for a trip to Tabaco Transport Terminal. My family ended up on trip to Virac, which meant getting dropped at Tabaco Pier. You were not transparent to us. Trip was scheduled 5pm but bus came past 7pm. They boarded on a roadside instead of a proper Terminal. The ETA was 2am but they arrived 710am in Tabaco.

The bus didn’t arrived on time. So many stop over and vehicle maintenance. The supposed 12 hrs trip became 20 hrs trip. We stopped twice at DLTB garage/ terminal for machine maintenance(they said there’s machine malfunction). The bus is not clean, the safety handles are broken.

The bus was clean ang comfortable but the said ETA on the booking doesn’t match the actual arrival time on the designated location. We were late by 6hrs.

The drivers are good and very accommodating it’s just the bus is not that comfortable, on the middle of the trip they have to check it so I got worried. and the stopover store wasn’t that good.
