I paid my ticket online and yet they give me so much hassle to still get the "boarding pass", asked me to go on a long queue for a process that can be done by one person only. So much hassle. I won't do this again

Was not able to use the lazy boy feature which is why i paid for more instead of an ordinary seat as the overhead compartment at my seat can't accommodate my baggage a sit was obstructed but overall the vehicle and travel was good.
