The trip was okay but what's worst is that i have paid the amount with the total of 1669 however, when they issued me the actual receipt at the counter they entry of just 1274 which has the difference of 395 from the amount i have paid. When i asked the cashier she wasn't aware and told me didn't know about it .024420141548E+34;. How could it be that you are working in a co. Yet you don't know about the charges. Perhaps they should put the actual amount which i have paid of. It is not said online that if i paid this amount that would be lesser in issuance of actual receipt. That should be the same i guess, if there is an internal something like that with the second/third party the amount adjustment will be settled in account internally through your acctg. But you must issue the receipt accdg. To how much we paid for it. Frustrated of ticketing process.

This is my first taking a ride from ALPS and it was pretty comfy because it has a 1x1 feature on its seat, for travelling to your destination, it was pretty fast I would say. Overall it was great I guess.

Well, maganda ang experience ko sa DLTB and medyo na-late lang yung papunta ko ng Legazpi that time and pauwi dun lang naging on time. Hassle lang na inabot ako ng 14 hrs instead of 10 hrs lang

Pictures from the website was not the real photo of the bus we booked. In the website it was 2x1 seats so we booked it, but when we arrived at the terminal the girl who assisted us said that there were no bus with seats that we want that will travel that day. But obviously on the website they have. Also seating arrangements was very confusing on the website.

The change of bus type happened on the day of my trip, from LazyBoy to Greyhound. They did refund the excess fare given the changes.

I was booked online and was not allowed to be picked up at a certain place instead of my convenience. I needed to head to Legazpi Grand Terminal from Ligao Diversion and it took an hour ride by bus carried all my luggages. Very uncomfortable.
