Deluxe Buses need to fix or replace their charging ports per seat for convenient travel experience. Printing hard copies is unnecessary, there should be an option to just show the ticket details via mobile phone.

Both driver and conductor are very attentive and respectful. They really take good care of their passengers. From security to ticketing. We'll take the Partas Bus anytime. Thank you for your excellent service. The only suggestion I have is that I wish Partas would honor the confirmation sent to our celfones if the confirmation receipt has not been printed. Maybe indicate on the confirmation receipt that passenger/s need to have the receipt printed.
