My first experience to take this bus and the experience was great from online booking to checking in. By the time I checked in the clerk asked for a hard copy of my receipt which I didn’t have but had my confirmation # and QR code sent to me to my email should already be enough to get my ticket. Then bus conductor kept picking up passengers way too full where the passengers standing up being on my side of seat holding too many bags with them hitting me.
