It was already 7am the bus is about to leave, but the ticketing teller at DLTB terminal in cubao edsa was still not around, I and the other passengers with online booking have to get our actual tickets from other DLTB terminal.

The bus left PITX at 8:00 PM and was supposed to take at least 6 to 8 hours or up to 10 hours if there was traffic. But it didn’t arrive in Daet until a quarter to 8:00 AM. That’s a 12-hour trip, imagine that! The seat-back pocket is broken, so there’s no place to put trash or bottled water.

Booking voucher indicate to be at the terminal an HOUR before the trip. Reservation time was 2:30 pm. However, the actual time we left from point of origin 3:15 pm. The total travel time was 11 hours instead of 8! Pricey trip in terms of monetary and time spent. What a stressful trip!

The expected land trip of 8 hours maximum took 11hours!!! Multiple times of loading & unloading of passengers from all the by stander passengers along the way..

Please verify information like cancelled bus trips before sending it to the passenger and make sure to coordinate with bus company regarding the issue. Although the DLTB Co. staff is very accommodating I was able to rebook my ticket with little hassle. Thank you Dltb Co. and staffs.

I left my documents at the DLTB terminal Aurora Cubao. I contacted the Hotline numbers, as well as the operator of the bus but no one answered my call. No one is willing to address my concern. My documents are very evident because those are the results of my laboratory testing on my health Condition. Sad to say that your in charge personnel don't have the professionalism on getting touched with the concern of the passed gers. Thank you. I hope I can get positive response on this.

It was great, I only have one suggestion. The teller in Buendia Station is insisting on having a the online reservation be printed next time we travel, she had successfully confirmed the booking anyway which is great. I just don't see the need to have it printed since the transaction was already made digitized. but it was a great and easy experience.

We left at 9pm instead of 7:30 sched. They had to fix the bus. Arrive at 7am which 10hrs. The bus made multiple stops
